Mr. Mujica has been in business for more than 20 years in Business, Law, and IT. In that time, he has founded and developed several successful IT ventures where he developed IT infrastructure, databases, and applications. Mr, Mujica has made several successful real estate investments, and has been the consultant in several mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Mujica was the founder, Senior Systems Engineer, Chairman and CEO of InternetDynamo where he was generating close to $1M in revenue per year.

Mr. Mujica also founded a real estate company, Mujica Properties, Inc., where he invested in residential real estate in the US. In law, Mr. Mujica has specialized in the legal and technological aspects of real and intellectual property, corporate transactions, venture capital, trademarks, copyrights, patents, data privacy, software, and compliance. After more than 7 years analyzing the commercial real estate investments market, Mr. Mujica founded M3N™ to assemble the team of experts capable of carrying out his vision of applying data science technology to optimize triple net real estate investments.
