Mr. Meynarez is a licensed CPA in the US and a finance expert with 25 years of experience. In this time, Mr. Meynarez has launched startups and managed the finances of private and public companies as CFO, director, controller, auditor, and consultant. As a financial expert, he has focused on budgeting, forecasting, maximizing tax efficiencies, banking, and asset valuation. Mr. Meynarez has successfully audited the financial statements of SEC registered public companies. In Johnson Controls, he managed the company’s $450M/year finances, and analyzed their finances to identify more than $2M in opportunities. In Total Warranty Services, he managed all aspects of accounting, billing, collecting and distributing proceeds from 200 automobile dealerships selling over 12,000 warranty products each month. As CFO of M3N™, Mr. Meynarez is the executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the corporation and statutory compliance.
