Mr. Beck is a lawyer with extensive German, Russian, US, and international legal knowledge and experience in corporate, M&A, private equity, and commercial. Mr. Beck’s experience includes working as an associate attorney at major British, US, and German law firms.

Mr. Beck is a German attorney member of the Frankfurt Bar Association, is admitted to practice law in Russia and Belarus, holds a Law Specialist diploma from the IIEL Moscow, a Mag. iur. from the University of Cologne, an Assessor Juris from the Ministry of Justice Northrhein-westphalia, and an LL.M. with specialization in Business Law from the University of California Berkeley.
